Our History & Relationship with Bosch Rexroth
For 30 years, we have been committed to continuous improvement and providing you with superior hydraulic services and the finest quality products.
Wooster Hydrostatics Inc. was founded in 1991. From the very first day, our goal has been to be the best in the business when it comes to hydraulic remanufacturing for Bosch Rexroth hydraulic pumps and Bosch Rexroth hydraulic motors. Our Bosch Rexroth-trained technicians with years of product line experience have made this the foundation of our success: quality repair on demand.
We have an excellent relationship with Bosch Rexroth and made the decision in 1993 to utilize genuine OEM manufactured parts supplied by Bosch Rexroth in our remanufacturing process. In order to maintain this culture, we consistently carry over a $5 million dollar inventory to support the fast response times our customers need.
The decision to use genuine OEM parts was critical to our reputation, as it established us as a company of integrity and quality. There are many gray market parts available to hydraulic repair companies, and we simply refuse to participate. We support the products we remanufacture with genuine OEM parts, and will not deviate from that standard. Our customers benefit by knowing that each unit is repaired to the standards of Bosch Rexroth.
We are also a participant in the Bosch Rexroth Genuine Replacement Pumps & Motors program for heavy equipment OEM manufacturers.

Certification & Growth
Early in our history, we elected to pursue ISO certification. We are ISO certified and hold the ISO 9001:2015 designation. Our customers have confidence that our remanufacturing process is controlled and documented and results in a superior product.
In 2004, WHI purchased Fluid Power Solutions in Columbus, Ohio. Fluid Power Solutions complemented WHI with strong engineering capabilities, power unit design, and broad knowledge of the Denison product line.
Our growth has been driven by treating our customers as if their emergency is our own, providing fast and responsive answers and repairs. From day one, we have stayed committed to being the best in the business for hydraulic component remanufacturing.
Today, Wooster Hydrostatics is a leader in hydraulic pump and motor repair in the United States and internationally. We are proud that Larry Snoddy, Hal Webb, Bill Jordan, and Kathy Buchwalter were on the team the day the business opened in 1990 and are still active with the company. Consistency, integrity, and reliability are strengths we are pleased to own as part of our reputation for hydraulic component remanufacturing, repair, and consulting.
We also strongly believe in supporting our community. We’re proud that every member of the Wooster Hydrostatics Team participates in our United Way efforts and several members of our team serve on many non-profit, and worship-related boards and committees.
