For June 2017, we have three projects to tell you about:

Variable Flow Piston Pump Repair for Brueninghaus A4VSO180DFR / 22R – PPB13N00

Hermann noticed it was time for some maintenance on a piece of equipment, and he reached out to us to see what his options were for a pump repair or replacement.

He was working with a variable flow Brueninghaus piston pump part number A4VSO180DFR / 22R – PPB13N00. The pump needed a few minor repairs in order for it to be working at maximum efficiency.

After talking with our customer service center, we came up with a solution for Hermann. He shipped us his used pump and our skilled technicians got straight to work. They performed an initial diagnostic test then located the parts they needed in our vast inventory.

Once the pump was repaired, they tested, inspected, and cleaned it—making it as good as new. Hermann then received his pump back and was able to reinstall it in his equipment. He noticed that the machinery was working better and more efficient after a simple pump repair.

Linde Pump Repair to Mexico

Bernardo was at his plant in Mexico and noted that he needed to order new parts for one of his hydraulic units. He was looking to repair his Linde piston pump, which required a variety of new parts, including a control CA-1, a charge pump, and an overhaul seal kit (part numbers HPV55-02-0V-00, H2X262W15095, and HA2620000002).

Our customer service team worked to figure out the best solution for Bernardo and decided a full pump repair would be the fastest and most efficient way to get Bernardo’s hydraulic unit up and running again. He shipped his worn pump to our facility in Wooster, Ohio. After a short wait for some of the parts to arrive, our technicians quickly repaired Bernardo’s unit, and then sent it back to his plant in Mexico.

We know that your hydraulic units are essential to production, so we strive to make quality repairs quickly and efficiently so you can return to your operation as soon as possible.

Core Exchange for Bosch Rexroth Brueninghaus unit R190947801 with part A10VSO 71 DFR1 /31R-PPA12N00 to Asia

Even though we are located in Wooster, Ohio, our hydraulic services and expertise extend all over the world.

Diana contacted us from Asia in need of a Bosch Rexroth Brueninghaus unit R190947801 with part A10VSO 71 DFR1 /31R-PPA12N00. After speaking with our team, Diana decided to go with an exchange option. We had newly refurbished parts in our inventory that our team had previously repaired, tested, and cleaned. After finding the parts she needed, we packed them up and sent them to Diana.

Once she received her newly refurbished parts, she sent us her used core back. We then cleaned and refurbished her used core to use in the next Core Exchange.

Thanks to our extensive international market history, we were able to get Diana her parts relatively quickly. This allowed for a quick turnaround time on her end with her operation schedule, as well as on our end by keeping the core part in our on-hand inventory.

Our Core Exchange option is a popular and tried-and-true solution to your hydraulic needs.
