Claire’s Bosch Rexroth A2V 500 HD OR 5 G RMVB 14 pump wasn’t performing up to standards. She was debating if she should repair her current one, or replace it with a new model.

After discussing her options with our technicians, Claire decided to go with a pump repair. She sent us her damaged pump, and our technicians got straight to work. After inspecting the pump, they took it apart, repaired and replaced the broken parts, assembled it, tested it, cleaned it, and sent it right back to Claire.

Remanufactured Bosch Rexroth A10VO71DRG/31R-PSC62K07

Sometimes you have one part of a unit that isn’t working properly, while other times the entire system is down. In cases like this, our technicians are ready to help you every step of the way.

Lynn called us from Texas inquiring about purchasing some repaired parts or even a remanufactured unit for a Bosch Rexroth A10VO71DRG/31R-PSC62K07. She needed the following parts: one bearing kit, one distribute plate, nine pistons, three pressure pins, and one seal kit.

Our technicians began to search our inventory right away for these parts. We wanted to provide Lynn with the best comprehensive service for her repairs, so we ended up preparing a remanufactured unit to send to her. We made sure that this unit exceeded all of our standards and expectations before shipping it to Lynn. That means we cleaned it, inspected it, and gave it a quick test run.

Once Lynn received her remanufactured unit, she reported that her hydraulic systems were operating and running smoothly again, which is exactly what we want to hear.
