There are a couple of schools of thought in our industry regarding gray market versus OEM manufactured parts. We’ve taken a strong, clear position that we believe OEM parts best serve our customers’ long-term interest.
We take time to clean, tear down, diagnose, repair, rebuild and repaint your pumps and motors. Our goal is not to make that same repair or deal with a later repair caused by a part that was not precisely manufactured.
We believe using genuine OEM manufactured parts in our repairs undoubtedly ensures we deliver better, longer-lasting repairs.
This is good practice for business (less downtime, less long-term expense) and good for the environment. When we deliver high-quality, long-term repair to equipment that is otherwise structurally sound, we lessen the impact in landfills. We keep machines working that still have long life span capability.
Our commitment to Bosch Rexroth — and other — OEM manufactured parts is unwavering. We know the upside to our practice and our customers appreciate that a quality repair means fewer repairs over the life of their pumps and motors. It’s the only way to truly remanufacture to “like new” condition.
If you have questions about the difference between gray market and Genuine OEM manufactured parts, please feel free to get in touch with me to discuss. We look forward to being of service to you.
