When you contact us via phone, e-mail, web site or any other method, we will respond quickly to your inquiry. Our inside sales people are knowledgeable and will give you the answer you need to move forward.  We will not over promise and under deliver.

If your need is beyond an inquiry for a repair or remanufactured unit, then we will have one of our trained hydraulic technicians discuss your needs with you in more detail,. In many cases, they can help you identify the best course of action for your hydraulic equipment.  If necessary, we can make a field call to advise you and develop a plan of action for your hydraulic challenge.

Once you have purchased a unit from us, you will be in good hands. In the event that you have an installation or start up challenge, our hydraulic engineers are available to offer technical advice to help you work through the issue.  Most challenges can be worked through by discussing the symptoms over the phone or via e-mail.  If a resolution cannot be reached, we are available to visit your site and offer technical expertise to fix the problem.   A common start up issue is the lack of available settings for the unit that has been repaired.  If you can provide the settings from the beginning of the project you will reduce the chances of a startup issue.
