Only a few companies provide repair services on these complex pieces of equipment, and only a select few can service all closed loop technology designs. Our repair process includes:

  • Motors are broken down to the sub-component level
  • Each motor is fully run tested
  • Bearings are replaced
  • If necessary, we rewind the motor
  • Recalibrate the encoder/tach

Call 1-800-800-6971 or use our online request form to get a quote on repairs for your Mitsubishi servo motor!

About Mitsubishi Servo Motors

Mitsubishi Servo Motors are made to high standards and offer a wide range of power, speed and inertia ratings for all applications.

Types of Mitsubishi Servo Motors We Repair

If you don't see your model number or series listed below, don't hesitate to give us a call. We service just about every model of servo motor that is available from Mitsubishi and other manufacturers.

Mitsubishi Type-K Servo Motors

These are larger motors well suited for applications that have fluctuating load inertia moment. This includes systems with low rigidity, such as conveyors. Other applications includes: food prep machinery, printers, small loaders and unloaders, small robots, small component assembly devices, small x-y tables and small press feeders.

Mitsubishi Type-M Servo Motors

Type M motors provide small inertia moment, making the units well suited for high-frequency operation, especially when connected directly to ball screw components. These most are well suited for inserters, mounters, bounders, printed board hole openers, in-circuit testers, label printers, knitting and embroidery machinery and ultra-small robots and robot tips.

Mitsubishi Type-S Servo Motors

Motors in the Type-S series provide stable control from low to high speeds. This allows the motor to handle a wide array of applications, including conveyor machinery, specialized machinery, robots, loaders, unloaders, winders, tension devices, turrets, x-y tables and test devices.

Mitsubishi Type-R Servo Motors

The Type R servo motor is a compact low-inertia moment unit with medium capacity. These motors are well suited to high-frequency operation, including roll feeders, loaders, unloaders and high-frequency conveyor machinery.
