Wooster Hydrostatics offers repair of Allen Bradley Integrated Motion Control Servo Motors.
Servo Motors represent a critical advancement in motion control, and you cannot afford down time due to failed motors. Only a few companies provide repair services on these complex pieces of equipment, and only a select few can service all closed loop technology designs. Our repair process includes:
- Motors are broken down to the sub-component level
- Each motor is fully run tested
- Bearings are replaced
- If necessary, we rewind the motor
- Recalibrate the encoder/tach
Call 1-800-800-6971 or use our online request form to get a quote on repairs for your Allen Bradley servo motor!
We offer premium repair and customer support services. We call it White Box Service, and it includes:
- Detailed failure reports that will accompany your motor when it is returned
- All repairs carry a 1-Year In-Service Warranty
About Allen Bradley Servo Motors
Allen Bradley Servo Motors are designed to provide a cost-effective combination of power and precision for your application.
Allen Bradley offers stainless steel motors for demanding environments along with high power motors and compact high performance motors with NEMA mounts that complement the extensive capabilities of their industry-leading MP-Series Low Inertia Servo Motors. These motors typically provide Smart Motor Technology with automatic identification of correct motor-to-drive connectivity, which reduces commissioning time. Allen Bradley motors offer continuous torque from less than 0.1Nm up to 607Nm. You can also use Allen-Bradley power and feedback cable assemblies, including continuously flexing cables specifically made to withstand constant movement.
Types of Allen Bradley Servo Motors We Repair
If you don't see your model number or series listed below, don't hesitate to give us a call. We service just about every model of servo motor that is available from Allen Bradley and other manufacturers.
1326AB 460V Torque Plus AC Servo Motor
Torque Plus motors feature a special housing that reduces motor length and increases continuous torque ratings. These high performance, three-phase, brushless, AC, synchronous servo motors are designed by Allen-Bradley to meet the stringent requirements of high performance motion systems.
F-Series
F-Series motors use a Ferrite magnet to provide greater inertia for larger load inertias. Available in two frame sizes, the F-Series motors range in continuous torque capability from 3.5 to 28 Nm (31 to 245 lb-in.) and reach speeds up to 4,000 RPM. The F-Series motors use an optical 2,000-line incremental encoder with a 5,000-line option for superior low-speed performance with the ULTRA Series. Typical applications for the F-Series include web processing, machine tool, textile machinery, and CAM replacements. When you install the optional motor shaft seal, the motor meets the IP65 requirements of the IEC standard.
MP-Series Low Inertia Servo Motors
MP-Series low-inertia, high output, brushless servo motors feature a design that reduces motor size while delivering significantly higher torque. These compact, low-inertia, brushless servo motors are designed by Allen-Bradley to meet the demanding requirements of high performance motion systems.
MP Series Medium Inertia Servo Motors
These motors offer a compact, power dense, feature-rich solution for applications with heavier loads and greater inertia. Leveraging the proven MP-Series motor technology and quality standards, these servo motors are ideal for users with print, converting, web handling, automotive, and other applications requiring more power in a smaller package.
MP Series Food Grade Servo Motors
Allen-Bradley Food Grade Motors combine high-efficiency, high-torque capability and features specifically designed to meet the needs of food and beverage packaging and handling applications. These motors address the challenges of these environments by incorporating improved sealing techniques and non-corrosive food grade fasteners and coatings.
MP Series Stainless Steel Servo Motors
Allen Bradley MP-Series Stainless Steel (MPS) Motors are designed to meet the needs of hygienic environments. With these motors, the benefits of Kinetix Integrated Motion are available to a greater range of applications, allowing the use of servo motors even in high pressure, highly caustic washdown environments. The MPS Motor extends the wide range of Allen-Bradley servo motors into new applications on food, beverage, brewing, dairy, pharmaceutical, and health and beauty manufacturing equipment.
HPK-Series High Power Servo Motors
HPK-Series Servo Motors feature windings that are optimized for servo control coupled with high resolution feedback to provide the precision your application requires. These are high horsepower motors build on proven induction motor technology, providing your application with high reliability and durability.
LDC-Series and LDL-Series Linear Servo Motors
Allen-Bradley LDC-Series and LDL-Series Linear Servo Motors address the growing interest in linear motor technology as it becomes more affordable and is recognized as a practical means of improving machine performance. Designers are now looking to linear motors to help minimize waste, increase machine capabilities and enhance machine productivity. Allen Bradley offers you the choice of iron core or ironless core, depending on your application's needs.
