A remanufactured unit is one that the customer orders to have shipped out of our facility built to the customer’s specifications. This unit originates as a used unit that we have purchased prior to the customers order.
A “reman /exchange” is a remanufactured unit that we ship out to the customer and then accept the customer’s used unit (core) for credit.
A repaired unit is one that the customer sends to our facility to have reconditioned (replaced worn parts, surface lapped, cleaned, new seals installed, etc.) and tested back to OEM/customer’s specifications.
